Software Development
The COSCO Information Technology (HK) Ltd. (COSCO IT) is a limited company with the stock holding of the COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Limited. It provides the science and technology, trading, solutions and services that are based on the information technology businesses.

COSCO IT holds the sophisticated skills of the application systems on AS/400, RS/6000 and NT platforms. We have developed the international shipping agency and container movement electronic data interchange (EDI) system, besides Hong Kong, that is currently running in China. The applications developed by the up to date development tools on PC platform are widely appreciated by our clients in Hong Kong. They are including the Hotel Management System, the Ship Trading System, the Container Agencies and Principal, the Depot Management System and the Insurance Brokerage System. Moreover, we have gained the valuable experience in the Workflow System implemented by Lotus Notes.

COSCO IT is one of the authorized dealers of IBM, Merlin Gerin, Microsoft and Lotus in mainland and Hong Kong. We also provide AS/400, RS/6000, PC, network, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), air-conditioning and computer room maintenance services.

Moreover, we are a authorized re-seller for IBM PCs, Netfinity Servers and IBM accessories in Hong Kong. Two IBM Netfinity Server experts are available to provide professional solutions of IBM server usage, installation and technical support services.

We have a branch in Beijing to co-operate with the clients from other provinces in China.
