COSCO (HK) Freight Service Holdings Limited was established on 17th January 1996. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Limited. The Company comprises all of COSCO Hong Kong's subsidiaries engaged in shipping agency for container ships and freight agency business. The main business scope of the Company includes container shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, air-freight, land transport, storage and agency business for bulk carriers, general cargo ships and tankers.

These business network is mainly managed and operated by two key subsidiaries:

COSCO (HK) Cargo Service Company Limited - offers air freight services, intermodal services and logistics.

Penavico (HK) Limited - engages in agency business for bulk carries, general cargo ships and tankers.

Through the operation of these subsidiaries, COSCO (HK) Freight Service Holdings Limited provides prime and all-around freight services.
