COSCO Hong Kong was established on 28th August 1994. It is an important overseas regional headquarters and conglomerate of COSCO Group. COSCO Group started its business in Hong Kong more than 40 years ago, COSCO Hong Kong is now one of the large Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong.

COSCO Hong Kong is a wholly owned subsidiary of COSCO Group and operates subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Macau and the enterprises invested on the Chinese mainland.

One of the subsidiaries of COSCO International, COSCO International Ship Trading Co., Ltd., is a major shipbroker on the Chinese mainland and in Hong Kong, which also provides shipping related consulting services. COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd. is an investment holdings company under COSCO Hong Kong and manages investment operations in the fields of information technology, expressways and industries both domestic and overseas. COSCO Network Limited, one of subsidiaries of COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd., is an important part of the IT unit of COSCO Group. It is not only devoted to achieve conformity of COSCO IT resources and to cooperate with well-known IT enterprises in the international and domestic markets, but also is striving hard to expand its business scope to high-tech product R&D, manufacturing, sale and services. COSCO (HK) Property Development Ltd. is the property division of COSCO Hong Kong. It manages the operations of Quanzhou Golf Club in Fujian Province, Riverside Golf Club in Hebei Province, COSCO International Travel (HK) Co., Ltd., Hong Kong COSCO Hotel Management Co., Ltd., etc. COSCO H.K. (Beijing) Investment Co., Ltd. is an investing company owned by COSCO Hong Kong. Its business scope covers property management, renting, letting of office space, hotel management, car rental services, etc.
