Mr. Tong Changbing - Deputy General Manager

Mr. Tong Changbing, born in Liaoning, China in 1964, is the Deputy General Manager of COSCO (Hong Kong) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd. Mr. Tong graduated from Shipping Engineering Faculty of Harbin Engineering University, majoring in mechanical theory and application and obtained the Postgraduate Master Degree. He has acquired the engineer qualification of COSCO Group and has held various managerial positions in COSCO headquarters, including deputy section head of the telephone section of telecommunication and navigation department, head of communication section of telecommunication and navigation department, deputy manager of general department of assets management center and head of domestic listed Company management office of assets management department. He had been the manager of broad of director management office of the strategic development division at COSCO headquarters.

Mr. Ren Yongqing - Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Ren Yongqing, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd., was born in Shanghai in 1959. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime University and got his postgraduate master degree in Transportation Management in 2003. He had been ship crew member, editor and reporter of News and Advertisement Center, secretary and officer of Party Committee Office in Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co. He had been Managing Director of Shanghai COSCO Land Property Company, Deputy Managing Director of Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., and top managerial member of Shanghai COSCO Documents Services Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chen Kaicheng - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chen Kai Cheng graduated from Beijing Teachers' College, Beijing, China in 1976, majoring English language and literature. In 1982, Mr. Chen graduated from China Research Institute of Fiscal Science, Beijing, China, majoring Corporate Accounting (M.A.). In 1994, Mr. Chen graduated from William E. Simon Business School, University of Rochester, New York, U.S.A., majoring Corporate Finance (M.B.A.). From 1981 to 1982, Mr. Chen was an Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand's New York office. From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Chen was the Consulting Manager with China Consultants of Accounting & Financial Management, Inc. in Beijing, China. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Chen worked with The Administration of the State Owned Properties in the overseas department. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Chen was the General Manager of Sino InfoTech Holdings Limited. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Chen was the Chief Financial Officer of China Web Hong Kong Limited. In September of 2001, Mr. Chen joined COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Limited, taking the position of Chief Financial Officer.
