Chen Jingde - Managing Director |
Mr. Chen was born in Shanghai in 1949. He graduated from Navigation Department of Shanghai Maritime University in 1975. In 1993, He was awarded the qualification of Senior Economist by the Ministry of Communications of The People's Republic of China. In 2001, Mr. Chen obtained his master degree (IMBA) from Hong Kong University. Mr. Chen has been serving COSCO for over 30 years and has accumulated rich business managerial experiences as well as overseas work experiences. He was appointed to different positions from Section Chief to Deputy Head and Head of Shipping Department in COSCO Shanghai. He had been Managing Director of Department One at COSCON Headquarters, Managing Director of COSCO France, Vice President of COSCO Europe GmbH, Deputy Managing Director of COSCON and President of COSCON Europe. He was appointed as Managing Director of COSCO (H.K.) Industry and Trade Holdings Ltd. and COSCO Network Ltd. in 2007.

Mr. Hu Zhuxiong, born in Hubei, China in 1949, is the Deputy General Manager of COSCO (Hong Kong) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd.. Mr. Hu graduated from the Wuhan River Transport School, majoring Shipping Wireless Communication; from the Guangdong Economic Management College, majoring Accounting; and from the Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences , Majoring Economics. Mr. Hu had been with COSCO Guangzhou as Ship Chief Radio Officer, Deputy General Manager of Telecommunication and Navigation Department, General Manager of Telecommunication Management Center, and Special Inspector of the Head Quarter. Since 2002, He had been the General Manager of COSCO Information & Technology (HK) Ltd. and Executive Deputy General Manager of COSCO Network Ltd.

Zhang Jianxin - Deputy Managing Director |
Mr. Zhang Jianxin, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO (HK) Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd., was born in Shanghai, China in 1954. He is a senior engineer and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1977, majoring in Electric Automation. He had been Technician of the Ship Technology Department of COSCO Shanghai, Technology Manager at Hoi Tung Marine Machinery Supplies Ltd. of China Merchants Group in Hong Kong, Technical Director of COSCO Shanghai, Vice- Section Chief and Section chief of Security Technology Branch of COSCO Shanghai. He had also been Vice- Inspector General of Electricity Department of COSCO Container Lines and Deputy Chief and Managing Director of four Ship Management offices of COSCO Container Lines.

Mr. Chen Kai Cheng graduated from Beijing Teachers'
College, Beijing, China in 1976, majoring English
language and literature. In 1982, Mr. Chen graduated
from China Research Institute of Fiscal Science,
Beijing, China, majoring Corporate Accounting
(M.A.). In 1994, Mr. Chen graduated from William
E. Simon Business School, University of Rochester,
New York, U.S.A., majoring Corporate Finance (M.B.A.).
From 1981 to 1982, Mr. Chen was an Auditor with
Coopers & Lybrand's New York office. From 1982
to 1988, Mr. Chen was the Consulting Manager with
China Consultants of Accounting & Financial Management,
Inc. in Beijing, China. From 1989 to 1992, Mr.
Chen worked with The Administration of the State
Owned Properties in the overseas department. From
1998 to 2000, Mr. Chen was the General Manager
of Sino InfoTech Holdings Limited. From 2000 to
2001, Mr. Chen was the Chief Financial Officer
of China Web Hong Kong Limited. In September of
2001, Mr. Chen joined COSCO (H.K.) Industry &
Trade Holdings Limited, taking the position of
Chief Financial Officer.
