COSCO Honour Property Development Limited is a subsidiary
of COSCO International and has
teamed up with Shanghai Siping Development and
Operation (Group) Co. Ltd., an affiliate of Shanghai
Hongkou District Government, to jointly develop
a property project in Shanghai
- The Fragrant Garden. The property was developed in two phases, involving
a total investment of around RMB760 million. All the residential units were sold. The yet-to-be leased shops and parking lots of Fragrant Garden were 1,841 square meters and 193 respectively. COSCO International will continue to tap markets changes and devise strategies for sales and lease.
