Yuantong Marine Service Co. Limited ("Yuantong") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO International. In 2010, Yuantong set up a new company in Japan, namely Shin Chung Lin Corporation, acquired the entire interest in a company namely Xing Yuan (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore and incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuan Tong Marine Trade (Shanghai) Co. Limited. Yuantong established a comprehensive platform supplying marine equipment. Yuantong and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the sale and installation of marine equipment and spare parts for existing and new build vessels, as well as equipment of radio communications systems, satellite communications and navigation system for ships, offshore facilities, coastal station and land users, and marine material supply and voyage repair.
Apart from sales, Yuantong has a team of engineers and technicians to help installations, debugging and repair, so as to swiftly respond to customers' requests for solving on-site problems or installing communications and navigation equipment so as to provide technical support to the customers.

Yuantong has a global supply platform of supply of marine equipment and spare parts business which will leverage on its geographical advantage to develop material supplies business for all fleets in the world and establish good business relationship with those sophisticated marine equipment manufacturers in Japan and South Korea and help increase its product variety and business scale. In addition, Yuantong's network will help forge closer relationship with shipowners and shipyards and create synergies with other business units of shipping services and further strengthen COSCO International's core competitiveness and enhance its profitability.
