Yuantong Marine Service Company Limited ("Yuantong") became a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO International in May 2005. Yuantong is principally engaged in the supply and installation of equipment and spare parts for existing vessels and new vessels, oil drilling projects at sea and communications systems, shore-based AIS system, vessel traffic management systems and as well as information management system for land users. Currently, about 80% customers of Yuantong come from COSCO Group fleets.
