It manages four subsidiaries: COSCO (Beijing) Enterprises Co., Ltd., COSCO Happiness (Beijing) Mansion Ltd., Beijing Ocean Hotel Co., Ltd. and COSCO-DCH (Beijing) Motor Services Co., Ltd. Its business scope covers property management, renting, letting of office space, hotel management, car rental services, etc.
It also functions as the Beijing representative office of COSCO Hong Kong responsible for managing and coordinating subsidiaries of COSCO Hong Kong in the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region.
