Mr. Mr. LIU Guoyuan - Chairman became the Chairman of the company in December 2005. He was born in May 1951 in Hebei Province. After graduating from Beijing Foreign Languages University in February 1975, he joined COSCO in the same year. In August 1982, he obtained Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the Law School of University of Washington, USA. Mr. LIU has the qualifications of Senior Economist, registered lawyer and CMAC arbitrator. Mr. LIU had been the General Manager of the Law & Policy Research Department, the Executive Department and the Planning & Program Division in COSCO headquarters. In 1991, he was promoted as the Senior Commercial Director of COSCO headquarters. Afterwards, he had also been the Senior Deputy Managing Director of COSCO Tianjin, Senior Vice President, and Vice Chairman & President of COSCO Europe GMBH respectively. He is currently the Executive Vice Chairman & President of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Limited, the Vice Chairman of COSCO International Holdings Limited, the non-executive Director of China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, the Chairman of COSCO (H.K.) Shipping Company Limited, COSCO (H.K.) Industry & Trade Holdings Limited, COSCO (HK) Freight Service Holdings Limited, COSCO Network Limited and COSCO H.K. (Beijing) Investment Company Limited, etc.

Mr. Mr. LI Shucun - Director, was appointed the Executive Director of the company in December 2005. He is the Managing Director of COSCO H.K. (Beijing) Investment Company Limited.

He was born in Shandong Province, China in 1953. He graduated from the Shandong Normal University. He has the professional qualification of senior economist. He had been the General Manager of the General Affairs Division of COSCO headquarters, the General Manager of COSCO Enterprises Company, the Managing Director of COSCO (H.K.) Property Development Limited and the Vice President of COSCO Hong Kong.

Mr. Mr.Chen Xuewen - Director, was born in Beijing, China in 1964. He graduated from Peking University in 1978,major in civil economic managment. He joined in COSCO Group in 1986. He had been the Section Chief of COSCO (Group) Company, Deputy Managing Director of Beijing Ocean Mansion Co., Ltd., Deputy Managing Director of Ocean Unite Development (Tianjin) Company, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO H.K.(Beijing)Investment Co., Ltd., He is presently the General Manager of Strategic Planning and Development Division of COSCO (H.K.) Group.

Mr. WANG Xiaoming - Director, was appointed the Director of the company in December 2005. Mr. Wang is the Financial Controller of COSCO Hong Kong. He was born in Shanghai, China in 1955. Mr. Wang graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, majoring in accounting. He has the professional qualification of Senior Accountant. Mr. Wang had been the Deputy Manager of the Audit Department of COSCO, the Financial Manager of COSCO Bulk Carrier Company Limited, the Deputy General Manager of Finance Department of COSCO and the President of COSCO Finance Company Limited.

Mr. MENG Qinghui - Director, was appointed the Director of the Company in December 2005. Mr. Meng is the Managing Director of Finance Division of COSCO Hong Kong. Mr. Meng graduated from Changsha Railway University in 1978 and has the professional qualification of Accountant in the PRC.
