Mr. LI Shucun - Managing Director, was appointed the Managing Director of the company in January 2006. He was born in Shandong Province, China in 1953. He graduated from the Shandong Normal University. He has the professional qualification of senior economist. He had been the General Manager of the General Affairs Division of COSCO headquarters, the General Manager of COSCO Enterprises Company, the Managing Director of COSCO (H.K.) Property Development Limited and the Vice President of COSCO Hong Kong.

Ms. Zhang Li - Deputy Managing Director, was born in Hebei province, China in 1965. She obtained LLM in International Private Law. She had been General Manager of Executive Division of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company and Vice-President of COSCO Europe Co., Ltd. She was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of the company in October 2006.
Mr. CHEN Pisen - Deputy Managing Director, was appointed the Deputy Managing Director of the company in March 2006. He was born in Heilongjiang Province, China in 1967. Mr. Chen graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1990 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia in 2002. He had been the Deputy General Manager of Executive Division of COSCO headquarters and the Managing Director of Strategic Planning Division of COSCO Hong Kong.
Mr. ZHOU Xiaoyang - Deputy Managing Director, was appointed the Deputy Managing Director of the company in March 2006. He was born in Beijing, China in 1963 and graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1985. He used to work in the Human Resource Division of COSCO headquarters and had been the Managing Director of Human Resource Division of COSCO Hong Kong.
